Plans for this phase include the construction of a 15,000 square foot retail center. Construction of the building began in late 2Q 2022 and is expected to be complete in 3Q 2023. Phase 2
Phase 2 of the project is expected to include the construction of a new 15,000 square foot retail center located directly along 161st Street. Leasing for this property is currently underway.
Phase 3
This phase of the project includes the construction of a 34,000 square foot retail center anchored by Ace Hardware and two free-standing retail buildings totaling 14,400 square feet.
