By selecting investments in markets where the company can have the greatest impact, KennMar Cares collaborates with local leaders to ensure that KennMar’s real estate projects align with the needs of the community and their vision for growth. Emphasis is also placed on learning how the spaces KennMar develops or repurposes will attract new businesses that will best serve the needs of each particular community.
