Today marks an exciting milestone for our team at KennMar Construction as we officially complete the project turnover for Emler Swim School. We’re proud to hand off a beautifully finished space that’s ready to welcome students, families, and staff into an environment designed for both fun and safety.

Purpose-Built with Precision

From the start, this project was about more than just construction—it was about creating a space where water safety and swim education can thrive. Our team worked diligently to bring Emler Swim School’s vision to life, transforming a blank canvas into a fully functional, state-of-the-art swim school.

One of the most unique elements of this buildout was the indoor pool excavation. Excavating and constructing an indoor swimming pool within a newly built shopping center shell required meticulous planning, specialized equipment, and coordination, especially given the unique challenges of working in a shared retail environment. We managed every detail to ensure the process was efficient, precise, and aligned with the overall project schedule.
