Benge’s Ace Hardware – Construction Update
Construction at Spring Mill Station is moving steadily along, with major strides being made on the Benge’s Ace Hardware buildout. The team on site has checked off several important milestones, and the space is starting to come together in a meaningful way.
Recent Progress Highlights
Here’s a quick look at what’s been accomplished so far:

✅ Concrete floors are finished
✅ Drywall installation is complete
✅ Interior has been fully painted—from walls to ceiling
✅ Major HVAC work has been completed

Body Alive Buildout Progress
Interior progress continues at Body Alive Fitness as drywall hanging nears completion and the space begins to take shape. With all in-wall rough-ins complete, crews are preparing for mudding, sanding, and paint, while key system access is being integrated within the hot yoga studio.
Harvest Landing Construction Update
Construction at Harvest Landing Lot 2 continues to move forward with roofing nearing completion on the east building and masonry work now underway on the north building.
Rooftop HVAC Work Underway at Body Alive Fitness
On a cold, early morning with snow still covering the roof, crews prepared the site for a major rooftop lift at Body Alive Fitness. Clearing the way for a new HVAC system designed for climate-controlled hot yoga, this milestone keeps the tenant buildout moving forward—proving that even winter conditions won’t slow progress.
