Spring Mill Station Phase 3: Progress and Highlights
Here’s the latest updates from the construction team on Spring Mill Station Phase 3!
Construction Status Update:
The construction team has reported significant progress across buildings #1 and #2 within Phase 3:
Site Curbs & Asphalt: We’re nearing the completion of site curbs and preparing for the asphalt binder course installation, which is expected to take place within the next week or two. This progress sets the foundation for a smoother transition into the next phase of development.
Building #1 – Body Fit Training, Emler Swim School: The storefront installations are about 75% complete, with beautiful Douglas Fir accents. Additionally, the low roof framing is finished, and we’ve started excavating the pool for Emler Swim School, bringing their space closer to reality.
Building #2 – Benge’s Ace Hardware: Work continues with siding installation and low roof framing in progress, both featuring Douglas Fir. Storefront installations are also underway, marking another exciting step toward completion.
Looking Ahead:
As the Spring Mill Station project moves toward completion, the development is set to enhance the already thriving commercial landscape in Westfield. Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting retail hub nears its grand opening!
