Spring Mill Station Phase 3: Recent Progress & Image Gallery

We’re excited to share the latest updates on Spring Mill Station Phase 3, where the site continues to transform into a vibrant retail destination for Westfield, Indiana. Our construction team has been working hard to bring this development to life, and here’s what we’ve accomplished so far:

Construction Updates:

  • Building 1: Siding installation has begun, bringing a fresh look to the exterior. Meanwhile, rough-in work is progressing inside as we prepare the building’s essential systems.

  • Building 2: The roof is nearly complete, marking a significant milestone in the building’s overall structure.

  • Site Work: Masonry work is making steady progress, and we’ve started installing curbs across the site. These steps lead us closer to the asphalt installation, which will give the development its final polished look.
