Construction Status Update:

1. Exterior Masonry Work: The exterior walls are prepped, and masonry work began yesterday afternoon, marking a significant milestone in the exterior finish.
2. Steel Erection for Signage: All steel is now erected and welded for the exterior signage, adding a bold new identity to the project.
3. Roof Repairs: The roof has been fully repaired and is now ready for painting, ensuring the building is protected and prepared for its finishing touches.
4. Rear Loading Dock: The concrete for the rear loading dock has been poured, setting up the structure for enhanced functionality.
5. Asphalt Installation: Asphalt work is underway, contributing to the overall improvement of the site’s exterior.
6. Dividing Wall: The dividing wall inside the building has been framed, one-sided, and insulated, moving the project closer to interior completion.
