Nichol Avenue Development Project – Construction Update
We’re excited to share the latest progress on the Nichol Avenue Development Project in Anderson, IN. Here’s a breakdown of the recent developments on-site:
Construction Status Update:
- Exterior Masonry Work: The exterior walls are prepped, and masonry work began yesterday afternoon, marking a significant milestone in the exterior finish.
- Steel Erection for Signage: All steel is now erected and welded for the exterior signage, adding a bold new identity to the project.
- Roof Repairs: The roof has been fully repaired and is now ready for painting, ensuring the building is protected and prepared for its finishing touches.
- Rear Loading Dock: The concrete for the rear loading dock has been poured, setting up the structure for enhanced functionality.
- Asphalt Installation: Asphalt work is underway, contributing to the overall improvement of the site’s exterior.
- Dividing Wall: The dividing wall inside the building has been framed, one-sided, and insulated, moving the project closer to interior completion.
- Sidewalks: Preparations for the sidewalks are complete and they are ready to be poured, improving accessibility around the site.
- Storefront Framing: The framing for the storefront windows and doors is complete, creating the foundation for the welcoming front entrance.
