Benge’s Ace Hardware Nears the Finish Line
Progress continues at a steady pace on the Benge’s Ace Hardware side of the Nichol Avenue Development project in Anderson, Indiana. With the interior work coming together, this space is transforming rapidly into a future community hub for quality hardware, home improvement, and local service.
Recent Progress Highlights
In recent weeks, several key milestones have been reached:
- ✅ HVAC ductwork installation is complete, ensuring efficient airflow and comfort throughout the space.
- ✅ Ceiling painting is finished, brightening the interior and setting the tone for a clean, welcoming retail environment.
- ✅ Drywall installation has been completed, shaping the structure of the space and providing the foundation for fixtures and finishes.
- ✅ Interior wall painting is now complete, giving definition and polish to the finished layout.
These updates mark a major step forward as the Benge’s Ace Hardware team prepares to bring trusted service and supplies to the Anderson community. With each finished detail, we’re one step closer to opening doors and welcoming customers.

Body Alive Buildout Progress
Interior progress continues at Body Alive Fitness as drywall hanging nears completion and the space begins to take shape. With all in-wall rough-ins complete, crews are preparing for mudding, sanding, and paint, while key system access is being integrated within the hot yoga studio.
Harvest Landing Construction Update
Construction at Harvest Landing Lot 2 continues to move forward with roofing nearing completion on the east building and masonry work now underway on the north building.
Rooftop HVAC Work Underway at Body Alive Fitness
On a cold, early morning with snow still covering the roof, crews prepared the site for a major rooftop lift at Body Alive Fitness. Clearing the way for a new HVAC system designed for climate-controlled hot yoga, this milestone keeps the tenant buildout moving forward—proving that even winter conditions won’t slow progress.
