KennMar is pleased to announce that it recently acquired 4.75 acres of land along the southwest corner of Five Points Road and East Southport Road. Located within Franklin Township, the company plans to build a new 30,000 square foot retail center called Five Points Plaza.
Ace Hardware will anchor the center and occupy 15,000 square feet of space. The remaining availability will include 10,000 square feet of inline space and a 5,000 square foot endcap.
“This area of Indianapolis has experienced significant growth in rooftops over the past several years making it an ideal location for necessity-based retailers such as Ace Hardware,” said Brent Benge, President & CEO of KennMar. “We are looking forward to expanding into Franklin Township and believe that Five Points Plaza will complement existing nearby retailers.”
Lora Moore and Drew Deffner with ALO Property Group are the listing brokers on the project. Construction on the new building is set to begin in April 2023 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
