  • Cost and Risk Management: One of the major benefits of the CMc model is that we offer clients a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).   1. Design Phase: In the DBB model, the project’s design is completed before any contractors are involved. The client works closely with architects and designers to fully develop the project’s plans and specifications.

  3. Construction Phase: After the contractor is selected, the construction phase begins. Because the contractor enters the project after the design is complete, there is less flexibility to make design changes once construction starts.
