KennMar Construction completed a full commercial interior buildout for Lilly Nails, a high end nail spa located in Westfield, Indiana. This tenant buildout project carried the space from early demolition through final finishes, resulting in a polished retail environment designed to support daily operations while creating an elevated client experience.
With the holiday retail shopping season approaching, schedule was a critical factor. Through detailed preconstruction planning, strong project management, and close coordination with trade partners, our commercial construction team delivered the finished space on time. This allowed Lilly Nails to open its doors as planned and capitalize on one of the busiest times of year for retail and service based businesses.
