KennMar is pleased to announce that it recently acquired 1.77 acres of land along the southwest corner of Harleston Street and Towne Road in Carmel, Indiana. Situated within the Uptown at West Clay shopping area in the Village of West Clay, the company plans to build a new 20,000 square-foot free-standing single tenant retail center that will be 100% occupied by Ace Hardware.
“Our vision for development projects is that they fit seamlessly into the community,” said Brent Benge, President & CEO of KennMar. “By adding an Ace Hardware within the Village of West Clay, this new store will not only complement existing retailers, it will also fill a need in the area by providing nearby residents with more convenient access to home improvement supplies.”
Construction on the building is expected to begin in 2Q 2023 and be completed by 1Q 2024.
