Framing and Roof Truss Installation Begins on Building 1
Construction continues to move forward at Harvest Landing Lot 2 in Avon, where framing is now underway on the first of two buildings at the site.
With wall framing in place, crews have begun setting roof trusses, a major milestone that defines the structure of the building and establishes the framework for everything that follows. From the exterior profile to interior layouts, this phase plays a critical role in shaping how the space will function once complete.
Roof truss installation requires careful coordination and precision, as each component must align properly to support roofing systems, mechanical integration, and long-term performance. As trusses are set, the building transitions from a slab and walls into a fully recognizable structure, allowing the project to move efficiently into the next phases of construction.
This progress marks an important step forward for the overall Harvest Landing development. Work on the remaining building will follow as the site continues to advance according to plan.
We are excited to share a closer look at this milestone through the accompanying gallery and will continue providing updates as construction progresses.
