Construction continues to move forward at Body Alive Fitness in Clay Terrace, with several key milestones now taking shape inside the space.
Recent progress includes the completion of plumbing rough-ins and the installation of interior framing, establishing the foundational layout that will support the studio’s training areas, restrooms, and support spaces. With these core systems in place, the project is transitioning from early infrastructure work into the next phase of interior buildout.
Our team will continue coordinating trades and pushing progress as the space begins to take on its final form. We look forward to sharing additional updates as construction advances and the vision for this new Body Alive Fitness location comes together.

Clearing the way for a new HVAC system designed for climate-controlled hot yoga, this milestone keeps the tenant buildout moving forward—proving that even winter conditions won’t slow progress.
