Underground Work Begins as Interior Buildout Takes Shape
Progress continues to move at a strong pace on one of our latest interior buildout projects.
With demolition now complete, the team has transitioned into the next critical phase of construction. Trenching for underground plumbing is currently underway, laying the groundwork for essential systems that will support the space long-term.
Once underground plumbing is complete, the slab will be repoured so the framing team can get in and start going vertical.
From demolition to early infrastructure, this project is progressing quickly thanks to strong coordination across trades and a well-planned execution strategy.

Body Alive Buildout Progress
Interior progress continues at Body Alive Fitness as drywall hanging nears completion and the space begins to take shape. With all in-wall rough-ins complete, crews are preparing for mudding, sanding, and paint, while key system access is being integrated within the hot yoga studio.

Construction at Harvest Landing Lot 2 continues to move forward with roofing nearing completion on the east building and masonry work now underway on the north building.

On a cold, early morning with snow still covering the roof, crews prepared the site for a major rooftop lift at Body Alive Fitness. Clearing the way for a new HVAC system designed for climate-controlled hot yoga, this milestone keeps the tenant buildout moving forward—proving that even winter conditions won’t slow progress.
