Benge’s Ace Hardware – Construction Update
Construction at Spring Mill Station is moving steadily along, with major strides being made on the Benge’s Ace Hardware buildout. The team on site has checked off several important milestones, and the space is starting to come together in a meaningful way.
Recent Progress Highlights
Here’s a quick look at what’s been accomplished so far:
✅ Doors have been placed throughout the space
✅ Concrete floors are finished
✅ Drywall installation is complete
✅ Interior has been fully painted—from walls to ceiling
✅ Major HVAC work has been completed
These achievements mark a big step forward as we shift focus toward the next phases of construction and interior buildout.
