At KennMar Construction, we’re excited to partner with Emler Swim School on their latest facility buildout, which will soon welcome swimmers of all ages. A cornerstone of this project is the excavation of an indoor swimming pool—a challenging task that requires specialized expertise, precise planning, and a close eye on detail.

Building a pool indoors brings unique challenges. Unlike outdoor pools, which allow more open access for heavy equipment, indoor pools demand more controlled measures. Every step, from soil preparation to concrete pouring, requires careful coordination to avoid disrupting the surrounding infrastructure.
