India Edmonson
Vice President, Property Management
India Edmonson joined KennMar in April 2022 as Property Manager for the company’s commercial retail property portfolio. In this role, India is responsible for supporting the needs of tenants, managing property budgets, maintenance requests, and working with third-party vendors to ensure construction and improvement projects are performed according to KennMar’s standards.
Prior to joining KennMar, India served as Real Estate Manager for Aion Management, a multi-family real estate firm based in Philadelphia, PA. With over 14 years of experience, her property management background includes overseeing renovations, lease-ups, re-branding, and managing new mixed-use and multi-site property acquisitions.
In addition to her experience in the commercial real estate industry, India also has experience in the legal industry where she specialized in the construction, property management, and real estate development sectors.
