The latest updates from the construction team on Spring Mill Station Phase 3 reveal exciting advancements. Located on the southwest corner of 161st and Spring Mill Rd. in Westfield, IN, this highly anticipated development continues to take shape as a central retail hub for the community.
Construction Status Update:
The construction team has reported significant progress across buildings #1 and #2 within Phase 3:
Building #1: Roofing is nearing completion, and the brick masonry work is wrapping up. With these exteriors nearly finished, the team has begun the interior work, starting with rough-in plumbing and electrical installations.
Building #2: Framing has been completed, and work on the roof is now underway. Meanwhile, masonry efforts continue and are expected to finish soon.
Overall Site: The site is 98% stoned for parking lots and drives, signaling readiness for the next stage, which includes the installation of concrete curbs and asphalt. As the site infrastructure nears completion, it brings us closer to a fully functional retail center.
