Something New in North Lebanon

The Lebanon Gateway project began in 2018 with the assemblage of nearly 25 acres of land. The initial site plan included seven lots as well as a digital billboard leased to LAMAR.

Lots 1 & 6

These two lots totaling 3.88 acres have been sold and will become a future Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Lot 2

Located to the east of Lot 1 along SR 32, this 1 acre parcel was sold to Burger King and a portion of the proceeds were returned to investors. The property is currently built and operating.

Lot 3

Lebanon Gateway Shops is a 6,400 square foot retail center built in 2021. The property is currently leased to Moe’s and Athletico and has one small space available for lease.

Lot 4

Lebanon Gateway Shops II is a 6,000 square feet retail center that began construction in 2021. Dunkin’ Donuts will be the first tenant in this property and will occupy 1,800 square feet of space. Leasing efforts continue for the remaining 4,200 square feet.

Lot 5

Totaling 149,200 square feet, this lot sold on April 26,2022 to Casey’s General Store. The majority of the proceeds from this sale will be used to pay down bank debt.
