Mike Zent

Mike Zent joined KennMar in August of 2023 as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, Mike is responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing programs, including analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of these strategic campaigns. Mike also brings his experience as a professional photographer, to guide the strategy at KennMar of creating compelling media for advertising and marketing. Mike’s extensive background in real estate photography is a great asset for creating marketing materials to ensure successful brand distribution as well as utilizing social media outlets with multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining KennMar, Mike served as the Owner for Mike Zent Photography, photographing high end real estate properties in Los Angeles for over 20 years. In this role, Mike was responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of 50+ clients to deliver impactful photographs, comprehensive marketing strategies, and media campaigns to facilitate sales. This was accomplished through outbound sales prospecting, dedicated project management, spectacular photographs and drone videos, website development, and social media marketing campaigns to align with desired stakeholder goals. Mike provided clients with real-time data and benchmarks to maximize effectiveness and property visibility. After graduating from Indiana University, Mike worked for the Indiana Pacers in the Game Operations department.
