Jake Furnish

Jake is the Preconstruction Manager for KennMar Construction and comes with a vast array of experiences in the construction industry. He started his career in commercial healthcare and transitioned to multifamily preconstruction services. Jake worked in the multifamily sector with expertise in states all over the country including Colorado, Utah, Indiana and Ohio. Working in the preconstruction sector for a multitude of years has equipped Jacob with knowledge of the preconstruction process from budgeting, logistic planning, bidding, and strategically planning the preconstruction phases to ensure every project gets off to a strong start. In his free time, Jake enjoys recreational sports, being in the woods, and traveling across the country to explore and visit family.
