Connor Kusters is a skilled construction management professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management Technology from Purdue. He has led large-scale residential and commercial projects, specializing in site coordination, budgeting, and subcontractor oversight. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Autodesk, Procore, and other industry tools, he has contributed to developments like The Assembly and Grand Park Village, collectively exceeding $100 million in value.
As a Project Manager at Kennmar Construction, Connor handles financial projections, permitting, and team leadership to ensure seamless project execution. His experience as an Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer sharpened his skills in preconstruction planning and subcontractor coordination. Actively involved with the Society of Student Constructors and Habitat for Humanity, he remains committed to innovation and efficiency in the industry.
