KennMar is pleased to announce that KidStrong has signed a lease to open their first Indiana facility at The Crossing in Noblesville, located at 146th and SR 37. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for children ages walking through 11 years old.

Katie Poston, a commercial real estate broker with Equivis, and Stan Burton and Joel Miller, commercial real estate brokers with Avison Young, are responsible for this transaction. The Crossing at Noblesville development began construction in April 2020 and is now fully leased with KidStrong, Pickleman’s, and Moe’s.
