Bob Quinn

Bob Quinn joined KennMar in April 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Bob is responsible for overseeing KennMar’s accounting and finance functions.

Prior to joining KennMar, Bob spent the first twelve years of his career in public accounting, primarily at the Big Four firm Ernst & Young.  Bob audited and advised a wide variety of businesses in many different industries.  His clients included privately held companies, REITs, and SEC registrants. 

Bob spent the next twenty years of his career with Maefield Development, an Indianapolis based company with national real estate holdings and developments.  Bob started as the corporate controller and was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

Bob has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years and has closed over $4 billion in financing transactions.
