Spreading Holiday Cheer: 2024 Holiday Wish Drive Recap
The holidays are a time for joy, giving, and coming together as a community. Thanks to the incredible generosity of donors, sponsors, and our dedicated KennMar employees, the 2024 Holiday Wish Drive was a resounding success! Through this heartfelt initiative, KennMar Cares and Speedway Schools teamed up to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Speedway students and their families at six Speedway schools, ensuring their holiday season was filled with warmth and cheer.
This year, we were able to fulfill holiday wishes for over one hundred students and their siblings from more than sixty families across elementary, middle, and high schools. From the carefully wrapped gifts to the smiles on children’s faces, the spirit of giving was truly alive.
Behind the Scenes of the Drive
The success of the Holiday Wish Drive would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of the KennMar team. From organizing wish lists to coordinating drop-offs and donations, their dedication ensured everything ran smoothly. KennMar Cares and Speedway Schools worked hand-in-hand to create a platform where generosity could shine through every gift and contribution.
A special thank you goes out to Benge’s Ace Hardware for their incredible support in delivering the gifts to the schools. Their team provided the use of their vans to transport the many packages, ensuring every gift reached its destination safely and on time.
Our donors and sponsors were the true holiday heroes this year. Whether they shopped for gifts, contributed financially, or volunteered their time, their kindness transformed this drive into a life-changing event for so many families.
