Rick Jackson

Rick Jackson joined KennMar in September 2021 as Vice President, Construction. In this role, Rick manages the billing, coordinating, and supervision of the company’s construction and development projects in addition to new construction, tenant improvements, and redevelopments. He is also responsible for ensuring that the building designs align and stay within budgets.

Prior to joining KennMar, Rick served as Project manager for Equiteam Inc. where he managed the construction and development of day-to-day field operations on several types of new commercial and multi-family projects. He was also responsible for field design changes and coordination of schedules for all project contractors, and costs against contracts as well as submittal compliance and quality control for specified or substitution building materials.

Rick has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry incorporating a variety of construction types such as high-rise, hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial, building envelope inspections, mitigation and remediation regarding moisture intrusion on building construction assemblies.
