Pam Lucido
Senior Property Manager
Pam Lucido joined KennMar in April of 2023 as the Senior Property Manager. In this role, Pam is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KennMar’s commercial real estate properties and the team responsible for providing property management services, compliance and tenant support at 401 South 4th Street in Louisville, KY. She brings with her 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining KennMar, Pam served as the Property Manager for Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. where she was responsible for managing the operations of 1.6 million square feet of Class A office, retail, medical, and mixed-use properties in the Raleigh, NC area. Additionally, Pam has more than 20 years of communications and marketing experience in a variety of industries including engineering, public power, and commercial flooring.
