Kristy Carter CPM, LEED GREEN ASSOC.
Executive Vice President, Asset Management
Kristy Carter joined KennMar in January of 2022 as Executive Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, Kristy is responsible for overseeing KennMar’s commercial real estate portfolio and the team responsible for providing asset / property management services, compliance and property operations. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining KennMar, Kristy served as the Senior Asset Services Manager for Browning Investments where she was responsible for the oversight of all company owned and third-party commercial real estate management. Additionally, Kristy was Director of Commercial Real Estate for Allen Commercial Group and oversaw all aspects of financial, management and company operations for Allen Commercial Group.
