Jim Nommay
Controller
Jim Nommay joined KennMar in May 2019 as Controller. In this role, Jim is responsible for managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial record-keeping. He also plays a critical role in the development of formal accounting policies and the management of budgets and reporting.
Prior to joining KennMar, Jim served as Controller for Green Square Design/Construct where he was responsible for accounting for a number of family-owned businesses and implementing cost accounting, financial controls, and budgets.
Jim brings extensive experience in accounting and finance to the team and has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate; retail, wholesale, and import/export.
