Crystal Lawrence
Senior Property Manager
Crystal Lawrence joined KennMar in April of 2022 as Senior Property Manager. In this role, Crystal is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KennMar’s commercial real estate properties and the team responsible for providing property management services, compliance and tenant support at the Indianapolis Pyramids. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining KennMar, Crystal served as the Senior Property Manager for The Building People where she was responsible for managing federal government leases, property inspections and overseeing various technology and accounting processes. Additionally, Crystal was Senior Property Manager for PNC Financial Services where she managed 79 properties and provided leadership to the engineering, maintenance, and clerical staff members. She also performed vendor and contract negotiations, property inspections and prepared property operational and capital budgets.
