Chris Carriere
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Carriere joined KennMar in January 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Chris is responsible for evaluating the risks and ROI for potential projects, negotiates contract terms and licensing agreements, and works with local municipalities to secure bonding for projects. He is also responsible for managing staff members, lending relationships, and overseeing the accounting functions for the company’s managed properties and tenants.
Prior to joining KennMar, Chris served as Director of Finance for Keystone Realty Group where he oversaw financing for multi-family, retail, and office projects, and negotiated terms for various TIF bond financings.
Chris has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate; retail, wholesale, governmental, and not-for-profits; and financial institutions.
