Growth at the Station…

Located along the southwest corner of 161st Street and Spring Mill Road in Westfield, Indiana, this 10+ acre project will be developed in three phases.

Phase 1

Plans for this phase include the construction of a 15,000 square foot retail center. Construction of the building began in late 2Q 2022 and is expected to be complete in 3Q 2023. The property is fully leased to Swayzee Loinz, Buddy’s Pizza, Fundae’s, MyGym, CHI Nails, Face Foundrie and Wild Orchid Veterinary Care of Westfield.

Phase 2

Phase 2 of the project is expected to include the construction of a new 15,000 square foot retail center located directly along 161st Street. Leasing for this property is currently underway.

Phase 3

This phase of the project includes the construction of two buildings. The first will be a 37,000 square foot property occupied by Ace Hardware. The second will be a 15,000 square foot retail center. Leasing for this property is currently underway.
