The Last Large Lot in Avon
The Harvest Landing Development Project began in October 2020 with the assemblage of nearly 50 acres of land. The initial site plan included 8 lots which are in various stages of development. Below is a brief summary of each:
LOTS 1 & 6
In early 2021, Costco purchased these two lots which total 17.59 acres. Construction of the store and fueling station was completed in October 2021.
LOT 2

LOT 3
A long-term ground lease was signed with Raising Cane’s, a fast-food restaurant chain specializing in chicken fingers. Construction on began in April 2022. Seven months later, the store opened to a line of traffic waiting.
LOT 4
Plans are set to create a 7,120 square foot retail center, perfect for one – three different stores.
LOT 5
A long-term ground lease was signed with Swenson’s, a drive-in restaurant which specializes in hamburgers, sandwiches, soups and milkshakes. Construction began in July 2022 and was completed in February 2023.
LOT 7
Harvest Landing Shops is a 15,743 square foot retail center under construction and situated on this 2.58 acre parcel. Tenants in this retail center include Chicken Salad Chick, Crumbl Cookies, Hollywood Feed Pet Supply Store, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Penn Station and First Watch.
LOT 8
A long-term ground lease was signed with Bubba’s 33, a from-scratch restaurant with a traditional American-style menu. Construction on began in December 2022, and is slated to be complete July 2023.
