Robin Brown

Robin joined KennMar in March of 2023 as the Office Manager. In this role, Robin is responsible for assisting the executive team of KennMar as needed, she communicates with community organizations, work with property management on day-to-day operations of the office as well as manages all internal and external special events, including IT, HR, and other employee needs.

Prior to joining KennMar, Robin served as the Director of Consumer Events at Simon Property Group.  Like KennMar, Simon is a full service commercial real estate and retail property firm. She and her team organized and managed both internal and external corporate events, major retail property grand openings and rebrandings to include contract negotiations for facilities, talent, and production company agreements. As well as assisting with securing keynote speakers and entertainment.

Robin has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years and was Manager of Corporate Events responsible for managing the grand openings of Phase Three of The Forum Shoppes in Las Vegas, Nevada, Robin managed Simon Fashion Now in multiple states across the United States, and her first major logistical event was the opening of Bowie Town Center in Bowie, Maryland.  Robin also coordinated logistics for onsite Pharma Meetings both domestically and internationally, managed multi-million-dollar budgets and travel accommodations for executive teams,  production companies and clients. Robin was featured in the Third Edition of Who’s Who in Black Indianapolis, IN.
